Citizen Metals is a prominent leader in trading and supplying SS 321 / 321H Flanges, which is stabilized against chromium carbide formation by the addition of titanium. Stainless Steel 321 Slip On Flanges are used because they are not sensitive to intergranular corrosion after heating within the carbide precipitation range of 425 Degree C - 850 Degree C. Stainless Steel 321H Blind Flanges is also advantageous for high temperature service because of its good mechanical properties. Stainless Steel 321 Spectacle Blind Flanges is similar to type 304 stainless but with a titanium addition of at least five times the carbon content. Stainless Steel 321H Socket Weld Flanges is a heat resistant grade supplied into numerous industry sectors. Stainless Steel 321 Weld Neck Flanges is developed to provide an 18-8 type alloy with improved intergranular-corrosion resistance.
Titanium addition in Stainless Steel 321H Threaded Flanges is made to reduce or eliminate chromium carbide precipitation - resulting from welding or exposure to high temperatures. Stainless Steel 321 Lap Joint Flanges is used in particular applications within the sensitizing temperature range. Stainless Steel 321H Ring Type Joint Flanges is non-magnetic in the annealed condition and can be hardened only by cold working. Stainless Steel 321 Orifice Flanges has good low temperature toughness. Stainless Steel 321H Tongue & Groove Flanges resists oxidation to 1500 Degree F and has higher creep and stress rupture properties than alloys 304 and 304L.
